1. The service
YokaiJobs is a free website that lists design jobs published by companies on their own public job boards. Each listing links to the employer's original posting. You can also sign up for free job alerts by email and browse a list of resources for designers.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time.
2. Job listings
Listings come from third parties. We show a short summary of each job, and some details, such as categories, experience levels, locations and salaries converted to other currencies, are worked out automatically and may be approximate.
Listings may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or already filled or closed. Please check the original posting before you apply.
3. No affiliation and no part in hiring
YokaiJobs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any company or hiring platform whose jobs appear on the site. Company names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the job.
We are not an employer, recruiter or agent. When you follow a listing, you apply on the employer's site under their terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your application and have no part in any hiring decision.
4. Job alerts
Job alerts are free and optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your email address.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or copy the site or its listings by automated means, except for search engines indexing public pages in line with our robots.txt;
- submit false, abusive or automated requests through our forms, or sign up other people without their consent;
- try to get around the site's security, interfere with its operation, or place an unreasonable load on it;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may block access or remove alerts where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
6. Removal requests
If you represent a company whose jobs appear on the site, or a listing concerns you, you can ask us to remove it through our removal request page. We will handle requests within a reasonable time.
7. No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including about the accuracy or availability of listings, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, YokaiJobs and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, from listings, from employers or third-party sites, or from any hiring decision. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date above when we do. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
